We are not re-sellers. We operate coating lines, a formulation laboratory and a full QC bench — which means we can put a functional coating on almost any web you bring us: paper, PET, PVC, BOPP, PE, aluminium foil, fabric or a film nobody has labelled before.
The facestock carries the print and takes the abuse. Over five decades we have coated paper, film and foil substrates for printing, industrial and high-tech applications — and we still develop new ones with customers who cannot find what they need on the market.

Unwinder, coating heads, multi-zone drying oven and online gauging — the same line coats PET, PVC, BOPP, PE and paper webs.
23–100 μm. Dimensional stability, heat resistance to 150 °C, chemical and solvent resistance. Clear, white, matt silver, gloss silver and metallised grades for nameplates, electronics, battery and under-hood labels.
Conformable and soft — the classic choice for curved, squeezable and irregular surfaces. Excellent opacity, outdoor durability and print holdout for promotional, warning and appliance labels.
The workhorse film. Low density, high yield, good stiffness for dispensing, and excellent clarity for no-label-look cosmetics and beverage labelling.
Soft and stretchable, follows squeeze bottles and tubes. Good moisture barrier and low-temperature performance for personal care, food and chilled products.
Cast coated, semi-glossy, woodfree, thermal and direct thermal papers from 60 to 160 gsm — plus kraft, fluorescent, metallic and holographic specialities. We also coat and export base paper on its own.
Because the capability is coating, not just labels, we also coat functional webs: release liners, protective films, thermal coatings, barrier primers and conductive or anti-static surfaces for electronics and industrial customers.
Adhesive is where labels fail. We formulate water-based acrylic, hot-melt, solvent and rubber systems in-house, and tune tack, shear, peel and low-temperature performance to the substrate and climate you actually ship to.

Tack, shear, peel and climate tests run here before a new formula ever touches the production coater.
Water-based acrylic and hot-melt for general purpose. High initial tack, excellent die-cutting, stable on high-speed applicators, and age-resistant so the bond strengthens rather than dries out.
Peel off cleanly and re-stick many times without leaving residue. Used for retail promotions, window stickers, books, planning boards, and hardware asset tags that must come off when equipment is redeployed.
Stays wet-tacky at −40 °C and applies to frost-covered or condensation-wet surfaces. Built for seafood, frozen food, cold-chain pharma and ice-cream packaging.
Aggressive wet-out for corrugated board, low-energy plastics, tyres and rough wood — the surfaces where ordinary permanent adhesive gives up at the corners.
Cross-linked systems for under-hood, engine bay, battery pack and industrial nameplates that see oil, fuel, solvents and sustained heat.
Ultra-destructible, anti-plasticiser, low-migration for food contact, and wash-off adhesives for returnable bottles — developed case by case with the customer.
Release force decides whether your applicator runs at 120 m/min or stops every ten minutes. We grade it deliberately — and we supply the paper itself, not only the label material.

Release liner is coated, super-calendered and graded in-house so your die-cutting and dispensing never fight the liner.
Every step is in-house, so a question about a roll can be traced back to the shift, the batch and the test record.

1080 mm wide, 180 m/min, multi-zone drying, gravure / slot-die / Mayer bar heads and online coating-weight monitoring.

Shear, razor and score cutting with constant tension control; splice counting and length tolerance recorded per roll.

Rotary sheeting to A4/A3/custom, precision jogging, ream wrapping and edge protection for long sea voyages.

Shrink wrapping, strapping, corner boards, fumigated pallets and photographed container loading before departure.
Calibrated instruments, documented methods, retained samples for the life of the batch. Test reports can be issued with every shipment, and third-party inspection can be arranged.

Every incoming web is checked for basis weight, thickness, surface energy and defects before it reaches a coating head.
Coating weight, drying temperature and line speed logged continuously; any excursion is flagged against the roll ID.
Tack, shear, peel, release force and print test on every batch before release for slitting or sheeting.
A retained sample of every batch is stored for its full service life, so a claim two years later still has an answer.
Most suppliers keep R&D quiet. We publish the roadmap, because a customer who can see the next two years of development is a customer who trusts the factory. This page is updated as each project reaches pilot or production.
A removable adhesive that keeps its re-stickability after fifty applications and still leaves no residue on glass, painted metal or ABS. Target: retail promotion and IT asset tags.
For vaccine and biologics logistics: applies at −20 °C and stays bonded and scannable at −80 °C through freeze-thaw cycles.
Post-consumer recycled PET film and post-consumer waste paper facestocks validated for print quality and die-cutting, aimed at brand-owner sustainability targets.
Bonds through the whole cold chain, then releases completely in a 65 °C caustic wash — for reusable crates, bottles and pallets.
Anti-static, thermally conductive and sensor-compatible coatings for electronics, battery and AI hardware applications.
Want to co-develop a construction? We sign NDA routinely and will reserve pilot capacity for a committed partner.
