Sheet-fed offset constructions for wine, spirits, cosmetics and premium cartons. These papers are selected for print quality, dimensional stability under changing humidity, and the way they take foil, varnish and embossing.

A sheet that curls or waves kills register. Because offset printing is done flat, humidity swings between the press room and the warehouse show up as misregistration. We specify papers with low curl and controlled moisture content, and state grain direction on the sheet.
Wine and spirits labels spend their life on a bottle that goes into an ice bucket. Wet-strength paper keeps its dimensions after immersion and resists the edge-lift that makes a label look tired after one evening.
Hot foil, UV varnish, embossing and die-cutting all stress the surface. Our coated and uncoated grades are selected so finishing does not crack the coating or lift the print.

The failure mode is rarely the label falling off. It is the edge curling as water soaks into the face, and the loss of gloss where condensation sits. Choosing a wet-strength face with a moisture-resistant coating and an adhesive that keeps its tack on a wet, cold bottle solves both at once.
| Parameter | Our control | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Dimensional stability | Low curl, humidity resistant | Register holds across the sheet |
| Wet strength | Wet-strength paper option | Survives the ice bucket |
| Surface | Offset + foil + varnish ready | No cracking during finishing |
| Grain direction | Specified per job | Prevents post-print curl |
