Everything we publish — product data, technical data sheets, this blog, the enquiry forms — lives on bltok.com and www.bltok.com. If a page claiming to be KUOXUAN sits on any other domain, treat it as unverified until you have confirmed it with us directly.

We are aware that a domain previously associated with our name is now operated by an unrelated party. We have no commercial relationship with it and receive no enquiries, payments or documents through it.

If you receive a message saying our account has changed — even one that looks like it comes from a colleague you already know — call +86-21-3921-7206 and confirm before paying. Fraudulent "changed bank account" e-mails are the single most expensive mistake in our trade, and it costs one phone call to avoid.
We operate two profiles. Anything else using our name or logo is not ours.
We do not run paid "verification" schemes, do not ask for deposits through social media direct messages, and do not sell through agents who cannot be traced back to the addresses above.
Search engines and B2B marketplaces still list profiles created years ago by us or by a former agent. We publish them here instead of pretending they do not exist, because an outdated phone number on a directory page is exactly what an impostor will exploit. The contact details in section 2 override anything below.

We are correcting these listings one by one. If you find another page that claims to be us and is not listed here, send us the link — it helps us close the gap faster.
Send us the e-mail headers, the profile link or the document you received. We keep a record of impostor reports, we report them to the platform concerned, and we will tell you plainly whether the approach was ours. Replies normally go out within one working day.

收款账户变更只认电话核实。任何“账户已变更”的邮件，即使发件人看起来是熟悉的同事， 也请先拨打 +86-21-3921-7206 确认后再付款。这是外贸环节损失最大的一类诈骗，一个电话就能避免。
